A Letter to Families of Muskegon, Fruitport & Grand Haven from Dale & Jodi

An editor by the name of Tess Flanders in 1911 coined the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words". Over the last seven days, our cousin Thomas Clock III's photo has been all over the local newspapers, media coverage and television. Tom is the sole owner and operator of Clock Funeral Home of White Lake in Whitehall,MI.

Sadly, the news coverage was for committing a fraudulent burial of cremated remains, operating without a license and attempted larceny by conversion.  This is every funeral home owner's, let alone the family's involved nightmare. For this reason, we want you to know that Clock Funeral Home of Muskegon, Fruitport and Grand Haven are completely separate businesses and have been for over 20 years.

Rest assured that if you have been in our circle of care:

  • Your funeral pre-arrangements are secured and invested according to the State of MI law.
  • Your loved one's cremation or burial was handled legally and in the manor you selected.
  • Our care team adhere's to the most stringent standards and protocols when handling a loved one.
We have however, reached out to help the families in the Whitehall & Montague community,to let them know we are here to help. If you know someone  whose affected by this tragedy or have any questions / concerns - please reach out to us.

Sincerely,

Dale and Jodi Clock
