Bernice I. Breuch age 96 of the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue Iowa and formerly of Maquoketa Iowa and Madison Wisconsin died Saturday morning December 29 2001 at the Mill Valley Care Center.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday January 5 2002 from the Cress Funeral Home 3610 Speedway Madison Wisconsin. A Private Family Viewing will be held. There is no public visitation. Burial will be in the Forrest Hill Cemetery Madison Wisconsin. The Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa Iowa is in charge of local arrangements.
Bernice I. Hoverson was born on December 11 1905 in Keyeser Wisconsin to Henry Hoverson and Gunda Jensen Hoverson. She married Frederick W. Breuch on September 4 1934 in Chicago Illinois. He preceded her in death on August 11 1962.
Mrs. Breuch had worked at Reuhl Products in Madison Wisconsin on the assembly line for seven years. She then worked as a sales lady at Manchester?s(On The Square) in Madison Wisconsin for over 30 years retiring in November of 1979. She had been a resident of Madison Wisconsin until 1995 when she moved to Maquoketa Iowa.
She enjoyed cooking and antiques. She had been a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Madison Wisconsin.
She is Survived By: 1 Daughter- Barbara D.(Mrs. Richard) Weaver of Warren NJ; 1 Son- Thomas F.(Carol) Breuch of Maquoketa IA; 5 Grandchildren- Karen Bex David Weaver Mark Weaver Peter Breuch & Tyler Breuch; 4 Great-Grandchildren- Shelby Weaver Sarah Weaver Jack Weaver & Rachel Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents husband 4 brothers & 3 sisters.
