Dr. Allen Whitlatch wrote on Apr 27, 2004:

"To John Schneider's family, you have my deepest sympathy and condolence. I was always impressed by how John treated all of his customers with respect. I was a kid working at the Western Auto in the 60's and he and the Inn were an asset to the Tipton Community. God Bless you all and you can feel proud of his contributions and the good example he was for the community. My Best Regards, Al Whitlatch Brookings SD"
