There are not enough words in this world that can express how much you will be missed. I have gotten to see you almost everyday for the past two years. I will miss seeing your smiles, hearing your jokes, and hearing you laugh. You loved life and LOVED your family. You have held on strong and I admire you for that. Seeing you always made my day better. I will always cherish the last days that you had with us.

"I remember so many things about Evelyn. She was always so easy going and always had a smile. Within the last 9 years I made many trips back to visit the Homer area and my relatives. Evelyn would invite us out and always give us some ice-cream even though I don't think she was supposed to eat it. The last time I visited she was in a convalescent home and unable to walk very well, but she still had her smile and we could reminisce together. She will be missed. Our condolences to her family. She was truly a very special person."
