"I was in Junior High when Roy and his family moved across the street. My Dad built our home and Roy's too. Many years pass and changes in all of our lives occur. I never imagined that it would be Roy that I could depend on to look in and care for my aging mother (Beulah Dobson). She saw Roy like a son. I did what I could living 3 hours away and Roy filled in the gaps. There was no person gain for him he just saw a need and didn't look the other way. Rest In Peace Roy and thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Julie Dobson Miner"
