Grandson of Otis and Mary Billings Sr.,Victor (Rhonda) Downs and the late Connie Patrick. Great grandson of Bernice, the late L.Z. Patrick, Mary Downs, and Ida Mae Lloyd. Nephew of Raymond and Karina Taylor, Dametrius and Stephanie Billings and Otis Billings, Jr. Also survived by a host of cousins, relatives and many others that loved him.Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday, April 15, 2010, from 9:30- 10:30 AM.
