He helped Jim Monroe interview me when I started at shaw. After the interview I knew then that he was an amazing individual, I left that room with a smile on my face! "Ryan and I started at Shaw 15 on the same day back in 2006. We had to go to new salaried employee orientation at the same time. Ryan kept the class rolling the whole time. He was that way from the first day I saw him to the last day I saw him. He was so kind to the young Engineers that came from China. He made them feel at home here and went out of his way to befriend them. When he would come in my office area to see them I would laugh so hard I would cry..literally. He was sooo funny! "What began as an engineering co-op student from Georgia working for a Tile Cutting department manager from Iowa blossomed into an amazing friendship. Ryan was smart and worked hard but I will remember him for his loyalty and competitiveness. This loyalty and competitive spirit led him to work and study hard when others would have given up.
