Elaine passed away surrounded by her family at her home in Thousand Oaks. Elaine and her husband, Abraham (deceased), from Brooklyn New York, moved to California in 1948 where they started their family. Elaine, the mother of two children, always put family first. Throughout her life one of her greatest traits was her gift of always giving to her family and friends. She and her husband, Abraham, founded All Motorist Insurance Agency and Western General Insurance Company which continue to be a family run business. Outside her family, her favorite hobby was gambling in Las Vegas where she lived in retirement for 16 years.
Elaine is survived by her children, Marleen Kushner, Robert Ehrlich and daughter-in-law Laurel Ehrlich, 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Services will be held on Sunday April 28th, 11:45 a.m. at Mount Sinai Hollywood Hills, 5950 Forest Lawn Dr., Los Angeles, Ca. Following the services, the family will be receiving guests at the home of Marleen Kushner.
