"The Websters lived in my neighborhood when I was growing up. I have great memories of Chuck, who was nine years older, being the "hero" of the neighborhood kids. He had it all. Was always great when my parents hired him as a "baby sitter". He was friendly and attentive. Then, many years later, when we returned from California I realized that Chuck and Mary were neighbors and we revived our friendship. My sympathies go our to Mary, Mary Ann and the rest of Chuck's family. He was a great guy. I am sorry I will miss the Memorial as I will be on a plane on my way back from Europe; I will be there is spirit. "
