Karyn Contino wrote on Sep 18, 2013:

"I am not familiar with Ms Summers, but her note was able to take me back in time to the picnics in your back yard at Dallas, and it was idyllic. Since your mom passed, by computer keeps digging up old messages from her, and they keep popping up in my new mail. I think it's her saying good bye and trying to heal the whole in my heart. I am sorry I didn't come to her service, but my aversion to funerals is getting stronger, the more of my family that passes on. There are just a few of her generation are left between my siblings being that oldest generation. Time and our lives are flying by. My deepest sympathy to you, Neil, Cliff, and the boys. "

"Dear Valerie and Neil, I have such fond loving memories of our family during the early years in Wilkes-Barre. I recall wonderful Sundays and visits with Aunt Ida, Annette, Paul and of course, you and Neil. We were all so young then but it was idyllic and full of sweet memories of a time long past yet it still seems like yesterday. Blessings and love to you, Cliff, Ben and Jack, and of course my sweet cousin Neil. We shall miss your mother forever. She was a light full of love and compassion for all. "
