Thomas John Miller
July 11, 1947 - September 25, 2013

Mr. Thomas Miller, passed away Wednesday morning, September 25, 2013 at his home in Random Lake. He was 66 years old. Tom was born July 11, 1947 in Sheboygan, the son of Lawrence and Lois Nowack Miller. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. During the 1970's and early 1980's, he worked at Dehling and Voigt in Newburg. In 1984, he moved to Kannapolis, NC to work for Negre Enterprises, where he fabricated racecars. He returned to Random Lake in 2000, where he worked for Aloha Manufacturing in Port Washington, and later JW Rod Garage in Belgium until his retirement in 2011. Since retirement, Tom had been working for the Village of Random Lake doing lawn care and snow removal. Tom was an avid car and racing fan. On the job and off, he enjoyed building and restoring cars and watching races. He was a member of The Good Guys Car Club, and the proud owner of two antique collector cars. Tom is survived by his two sons: Jason (Tammy) of Appleton and Jamie (Sherry) of Random Lake and three granddaughters: Nina (Paul) Bolwerk, Alexis Miller and Taylar Miller. He is further survived by his brothers Richard (friend Pam Tubbs) of Stuart, FL and Steven (Cheri) of Random Lake and their 3 daughters: Jennifer Koski, Melinda Palmer and Leslie (Bryan) Huffman, uncles Merlin Nowack of Random Lake and Donald (Alicia) Nowack of Nekoosa, great nieces and nephews, special friend Donna, other relatives and many special friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Lois and sister Susanne Miller. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2013 at Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N. Royal Ave., Belgium. Pastoral Associate Deb Hamm will officiate. He will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery in Random Lake. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 3-6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Random Lake Fire Department or the Grand Larsony Car Show (Kewaskum). The Eernisse Funeral Home, Belgium is honored to be serving the family.
