Lori Erdvig Modaffari, 50, of Weston, Florida passed away peacefully on April 6, 2014. Loving and devoted mother of Anthony Modaffari. Beloved daughter of Barbara A. (Smith) Erdvig and the late Edward A. Erdvig. Dear sister of Theresa Crossman, niece, Kristin Osborne, great nephew, Richard Goff. Also survived by her former husband, Dennis Modaffari and Aunt Anne Dean. Visitation on Wednesday, April 9th from 5:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft St. in Hollywood. (954-989-1550). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 10th at Twelve Noon at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1301 SW 136 Ave. in Davie. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens

"I went to school with Lori from Fairway all the way through MHS, and she was one of the kindest, sweetest souls I've ever known. We had some great times in band together, and my wife cheered with her for the basketball team. Her passing reminds us how fragile and precious life is.
