"My deepest sympathy to Henry's family and friends. May you find comfort and hope in the promise recorded for us at Revelation 21:4 where it says "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". All the best wishes for your family at this difficult time, I am truly sorry for your loss."

"Uncle Henry, I hope you are now at peace. I know Grandma & Grandpa are happy to see you. I'm sure grandma has already made you a nice batch of potato horns. I will always remember the camping trip with Timmy & Megan. We made pudgy pies around the fire. I'm pretty sure that's the only time I spent the night in a camper & it's definitely my first pudgy pie experience. Enjoy your time in heaven with family & friends and enjoy all of the food grandma is preparing for you."

Michael J Matic wrote on Jul 10, 2014:

"I loved Henry, not only as my brother but also as my mentor. I learned a lot from him. From my first card trick to perseverance. My brother never fell short of telling a good joke. I have lots of fond memories of growing up with Henry, I'll keep them close. As a kid, I was always on call, as I was his favorite "gofer" (go for this, go for that). I remember good times playing cards, horse shoes, golf (the only bother I could ever beat!!), fishing and family get togethers. I remember helping with the never ending task of working on his house, planting over 1,000 trees on his land. Henry liked a good mystery, Sherlock Holmes or Alfred Hitchcock and loved to laugh at Get Smart and the guys on Stalag Thirteen. Henry I'll miss you, see you again with Mom and Dad when I come home. As Henry always called me; Michael."
