"Just a quick note to say how sad it was to hear the news about Armilla. Our thoughts and prayers are with her entire family. I wish I would have able to stop Salem Lutheran Church with my sisters, Ruth and Jean -- but was there in spirit."

Armilla was an active member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Andrew where she had served in many capacities. She enjoyed making flower arrangements and visiting with her special friends Sue Ostert, Judy Ganzer and Sally Rowan. Her greatest joy was her family and watching her grandchildren's activities.

"Seems like I knew Mick since I was a new mother and think its been that long. Being a nurse is never easy and the job takes it toll. I watched Mickie's health deteriorate over the years and also have seen mine go some of the same direction. She is in a place now where there is no pain and all her family and friends gone before have greeted her. To Sonia and Brad and families please accept my deepest sympathy and sorrow for this loss! Love to you all and prayers for your grief!"
