Dick Montgomery wrote on Dec 23, 2014:

"Hello, Dorothy and family. I am sorry for the belated condolences. I just learned of Dick's passing. Dick Basten was an inspiration to me as a young real estate agent. I sold a number of homes for Dick and watched him work. He and Dick DeBauche would amaze today's builders with their work ethic and construction knowledge. I hold a deep respect for him. I always knew where I stood with him. I am sure he will be with his God, and may he rest in peace. Dick Montgomery"
