"oh my goodness- I am so, so sorry. Our h.s. class was so small, but oh so close. Betty was the one that kept us in line because of her behavior and reputation. Betty, Jim, Larry and I seemed to click. We saw them each Memorial Day time. I just want everyone to be at peace as I know that this has been a journey. she shared with Larry that she had not been feeling well. Who woulda thought she would not be with us for Memorial Day ' 15. Rest in Peace, Dear Friend."

"Aunt Betty is a sweet and loving person, so quiet in nature. She always had a smile on her face and made awesome Texas bread French toast! It always felt like home when I would come visit. I loved going to visit Bristow and staying at Uncle Jim & Aunt Betty's, especially when at Easter when I went to U of Iowa. It was definitely home away from home!"
