"I was sorry to hear about Helen's passing. She was always very helpful when Paul and I needed "instructions" when we were growing up. I also remember her as Den Mother for our Cub Scouts. I spent many hours at the Bundy home and always enjoyed Helen."

"My sympathy to the family. Helen had a lot of life that she lived and surely she enjoyed the good times. I wanted to come to the wake and thank Paul for the times he visited me in Kansas while I was in the service. But was out of town at the time. God Bless Time must go on."

"Our sympathy to your family. I never knew or met your mother, but she was a 1924 Owatonna HS classmate of my Mother's. They both taught school and I know they went to Owatonna together a couple of times to a teacher's reunion. My mother, Anna Kriesel Bartz lived at Viola Minnesota. She passed away in 1992."

"Mrs Bundy was such a neat lady!
I remember her from the lunch room at LHS. We became reacquainted when she was 94! When I became a real estate agent and she needed to sell her home, I was lucky enough to get the job.
I enjoyed visiting, milk & cookies that she had baked, her laugh and stories of her life & family. She was a strong woman in a time when that was unusual for a woman to be.
I remember her enjoying the newspaper-calling me to wish me well when I bought the company, doing crossword puzzles and offering her sympathy when my son was killed.
She was awesome and I will always remember her very fondly.
My sympathies to all of her family."

"We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the Bundy family. Gary and I were classmates in High School and I have known Mrs. Bundy for over 50 years. We went ot church together, served on the Session together, and I used to ride to work with Milo to Winona. I consider her to be a Fine Lady and a dear friend. She was a fine Mother, not only to her family, but to all young people her had contact with. She was an honest, caring devote and forthright Christian lady. Once again our deepest synpathies."

"I was so sorry to hear about Helen's death. I know she had a long and very meaningful life. I remember her well from church, and remember when Milo died, a couple of years before my mom did. I'm sure she will be greatly missed by all. I visited her once while visting in Lewiston. She was still in her own home then, and Viola was still alive. At that time she was still very alert and we hada nice visit. You have my deepest sympathy.
Nancy"

"I wish to give my sincere condolences, with the passing of your Mother Helen. I thought your Mother was such a dear dear Lady. I was part of the Lewiston Presbyterian church congregation while growing up and knew Mrs. Bundy not only through church, but as she worked in the kitchen while I attended Lewiston High school, as well as being her paper delivery person for 5 years. Mrs. Bundy ALWAYS had the time to visit, took interest and was very very enlightening and endearing to chat with. I had the utmost respect for her. I enjoyed every time I had the opportunity to talk with her. Since those times back in the 70's I have married and moved north of Rochester. I had not had the opportunity to see or visit with Mrs. Bundy much after that. I would however hear how she was from my grandmother Louise Giles, prior to my grandmothers passing also. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers and that I thought Mrs. Bundy was just such a fine Lady !!!!
(I had intented attending the visitation but the weather may keep me from doing so )
With heartfelt Sympathy ~
Sandy ( Giles ) Melville"
