Robert Marshall Manker

Robert Marshall Manker, 78, of Zionsville, passed away August 29, 2008 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born January 17, 1930 in Indianapolis to the late Robert and Marie (Scott) Manker. He retired from Sani-Serve as a draftsman and design engineer. He is survived by his wife Joyce Winther Manker; daughters, Marsha (Greg) Pilcher and Ella (Eric) Bindewald; grandchildren, Noah, Karis and Eva Pilcher and Marshall and Ryan Bindewald. Mr. Manker was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Central Indiana Model Railroad Association. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel 740 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the mortuary.
