Jane C. Boyle, 88, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at her home September 10, 2008 surrounded by her family. She was born in Evansville, Indiana on September 20, 1919 to John H. and Mabyn (Hobgood) Brisby. On June 22, 1946 she married John E. Boyle who preceded her in death. Survivors include her three children, John M. Boyle (Marcia) of Ellicott City, MD, Daniel W. Boyle and Joanne B. Friedmeyer both of Indianapolis; four grandchildren, John G. Boyle (Tara), Megan E. Guptill (Joshua), Lauren J. Sprague (Jeremy) and Kristin E. Trainor (Matthew) and two great grandchildren, Caroline P. Guptill and Rebecca J. Sprague. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14 at the Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel 740 E. 86th Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 15 at St. Luke Catholic Church.
