In your wake, you left success and friends. We will all miss you, and aspire to maintain our zest for life, reflected by yours. You always made sure the last thing you said would make the person smile, so now we smile again."

"Kevin O'Kane and family - Kevin, we at Kichler Lighting send our deepest regrets over the loss of your dear father. In reading the celebration of his life it seems you have lost a dear father, husband, and grandfather. In addition the country has lost one more of our greatest generation WWII veterans. I have just lost two great uncles who also served in that war. Your Dad was a real hero indeed, no doubt both a father and an American to be proud of always. May he rest in peace."

"My deepest sympathy to all the members of the O'Kane family. Having recently been through the loss of a spouse, I know the sadness and lonelyness you feel. One thing to note - Years ago when I first played golf with Paul he had a temper and frequently swore in thetrue Marine tradition. {:>) Somewhere along the line,he mellowed and his favorite angry word became"mercy!". Due to his fine leadership, I too have adopted this word. Hopefully I'll be able to meet Paul again someday."
