"Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to your family. Mary Beth was a special education teacher for our daughter, Jessica when she was in HSE developmental preschool. Our daughter loved her!! She was one of Jessica's favorite teachers. We would catch up with each other when we'd run into each other at Agape Therapeutic Riding Center, and would cheer our girls on together at Equestrian Special Olympics. Mary Beth was such a beautiful person who had so much love her in heart. She will be missed very much by all those she touched."

In the short time that I have known you, I have seen what a good loving heart you have, and how much you love your family and friends. You have such a good sense of humor and I am going to miss sporting the boys beer helmet with you! :) Corbin adored you and we will both miss you greatly and will treasure the memories that we have of you. You have two beautiful kids that will be loved and looked after by many. When the sun is shining I will know you are smiling down on us... when its raining I will know those are your tears...and I know someday I will walk through the golden gate and see your beautiful face. "Mary Beth was always a breath of sunshine. She was an energetic, positive young lady who spread energy and joy everywhere she went. We are blessed that we knew her and her beaurtiful children. I was the Special Olympics coach for bowling and I had Annie and Craig on a Unified team together until he went to college. Annie was the athlete and Craig was her Unified partner. Mary Beth was their cheerleader. Their mother loved them dearly and I know their hearts are breaking now. I hope they feel the love that surrounds them and know there are so many people here on earth to help them through. Most importantly they have their own guardian angel in heaven watching over them and they can see her again someday. Love & Prayers, Sam & Sue McNew"

"Although Mary Beth and I somehow grew apart from our childhood friendship, I have a very specific and unduring memory of us laughing hysterically as her little dog from childhood frenetically shook a squeaky toy. I have often smiled over this memory even in my adult life and think of it whenever I think of Mary Beth. To me her name conjures unadulterated joy, and it always will. God bless her family and children during this difficult time, particularly during a holiday. My prayers are with all of you. Love, Jenni"

"The hidden back eddies of life's fickle waters arbitrarily pull lives together. For brief moments in time they intermix and soon are released randomly downstream until they are caught, yet again. While I'm saddened for the lost opportunity to reconnect, fill in time's absence and share a laugh, I'm sure that in the past 30 years Mary Beth's smile and unbridled zest for life touched many. A great many high school memories were punctuated by her love and laughter. Going forward, may God bless her friends and family"

Your mom would be proud of the football league she helped develop in those early years. That small program of 200 kids is now over 1,100 kids. For all those hours of her of efforts many families have benefited. She was a very generous and kind woman. Coach Jim Wierciak "

" Mary Beth was my son Connor's early education teacher both as a classroom teacher and community program director. Over the two years that Mary Beth taught my son, I grew to know and like her very much. I always knew Connor was in great hands with Mary Beth, and this was especially important because we had just moved to Fishers. A truly wonderful trait she was making EACH student feel like they were as though they were her favorite. What a warm, comfortable feeling that must have been for each student. When my son returned to Brooks School, I would meet her in the halls occasionally and she always had a friendly smile and asked me about Connor. (She was always amazed at how much he had grown.) She never forgot about him even though it had been years since she was his teacher. I always enjoyed meeting up with her and sharing a story or two. She was truly an amazing person. She made a great impact on my family and I will remember her always. My heart goes out to her family and friends. Kelly Haupt"
