"To Ashley and Deb,You may not remember me but Steve and I worked together at Sidener. My prayers go out to you on the Steve's passing. I recently heard he was not doing well and wish I would have been able to come see him. There are no words that can the make the pain go away, only to ease it hopefully. So, I will leave you with a funny thought. We, at Sidener, gave Steve a hard time when we would travel in the car and he drove. He always had to drive with his shoes off and he wouldn't use the cruise control. That may not sound strange, but for some reason he would "pump" the gas pedal and you constantly felt like you were rocking forward and back. He was a good guy and will be missed.God Bless,Allen & Shawn Angel, and family"

"Deb - I'm glad that our kids' friendships grew into our friendship! I will miss stopping by on our evening walks to chat with you and Steve - I loved his dry wit and his funny way of making droll observations about life and people! I am so glad he made the trip out to Marblehead last summer, even though it was hard for both of you. Good times eating lobster and boating around the Boston waters in an old beaten up lobster boat cheering on the Blind Pig team in those sorry Rhodes 19's! Steve was a trooper on that trip and definitely added to the fun memories. We will miss him and remember him fondly. We're so sorry for your loss."
