"I worked with Jack on a residential project in Hunts Point and will always remember him as kind, to the point, always willing to listen, always having a smile when we met, detail oriented, and a great person. He would sometimes bring in some of his person effects and collections to work and we'd compare photo albums and such. He always tried to make it more than a working relationship. He always tried to make it fun. I am sad for your loss, but know that the pain will pass, and I will miss him."

"Jack was one of the nicest people I have ever met. It is because of him and his kindness that I have a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. He sold me his old home that his dad had built in the 60's from the ground up. There were many hidden challenges that came up after I purchased the home and even though jack had no obligation, he came over on his free time to help me out. Jack even went so far as to waive 3 months of payments so that I could take time off of work to finish it. Thank you Jack for your kindness and giving heart you will truly be missed. May God bless Gail and his family through this tough time, you are all in my prayers. Chuck"
