"She was a great woman, mother, and friend to those who knew her. Always seemed to have a very positive outlook on life. She will be missed by many. To her daughters: Good luck with the many challenges life will present you with. Try and keep your head up."
"I worked with Karen at Top Food and Drug. She was always so nice to me. One Halloween at work, I was dressed as Princess Leia from "Star Wars" and Karen was dressed as a beautiful, elegant queen. Karen looked at me and said, "You may be the princess but I am the queen." She had such a fun sense of humor. She was always so kind and caring. I will miss her very much."
"God's Garden God looked around his garden And saw an empty space God then looked down upon the earth And saw your tired face God put his arms around you And lifter you to rest God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best God saw the road was getting tough And the hills hard to climb So God closed your weary eyelids And whispered "Peace Be Thine" It broke our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone For part of us all went with you The day God called you home *A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us...He only takes the best.*"
"I just saw the obituary in the newspaper as I was trying to catch up. What a shock! I worked with Karen at Prudential many years ago. She was so sweet and always smiling. If memory serves me correctly I think we bowled together too on a spring league with some other girls from Prudential. I remember her beautiful voice and the strong Christian woman that she was. I am so saddened by your loss. The last time I saw Karen was at TOP Foods and we only had a few minutes to chat. She was so proud of her girls."
