Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy."

"CHRISTIAN WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS
An Angel says, "Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice."
1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.
13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
14. K.M.S. Keep Mouth Shut. This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.
15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.
16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.
17. Get enough rest.
18. Eat right.
19 Get organized so everything has its place.
20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.
21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
22. Every day, find time to be alone.
23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
24. Make friends with Godly people.
25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good "Thank you Jesus ."
27. Laugh.
28. Laugh some more!
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop a forgiving attitude most people are doing the best they can.
31. Be kind to unkind people they probably need it the most.
32. Sit on your ego.
33 Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.
36 . Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU.
"If God is for us, who can be against us?"
Romans 8:31
My instructions were to send this to
four people that I wanted God to bless and I picked you. I decided to send it to more than four, because I didn't want to limit blessings.
SEND IT FORWARD PLEASE,

Do not Stand by my Grave and Weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep:
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the softly falling snow,
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the field of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the grateful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight.
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom.
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing.
I am in each lovely thing.
So do not stand by my grave and cry.
I am not there.
I did not die.

After last week's horror and worrying about Nathan so much it's just now hitting us. You were and are so so precious.
We love you, babydoll. And miss you so very VERY much.

Our close Cousin died of a stroke at the age of 35, and leaves behind two little boys. A couple of days later, we heard of the horror in town. We prayed for a better outcome, too. Our hearts are heavy with pain, not only for the loss of our loved one, but for Denise Amber Lee's family and friends. We will continue to pray for time to heal all of you, somewhat we know it can never take away this kind of pain...
You will all be forever in our thoughts and we will continue to keep a close, close eye on our 3 little girls and cherish each and every day we have with them."

"Nathan, The many stages of grief can leave us with emotions of feeling sad and betrayed one min. and with a mood swing the next min of trying to move on to acceptance. These stages also seem to bounce back and forth like a ping pong ball till one can receive wholeness. It's ok to grieve to help bring wholeness. Your life will improve, you have too many Churches praying for you not to. We all stand with you in this, so you are not alone.
I saw you make a brief statement on the news to up date us. My beloved brother...I know how hard it is for you to forgive. You said you know you should. It's so simple... "Just say it!" After that, it's up to God to bring your forgiveness to the fullness of that statement to pass. Maybe you won't feel it when you say it. But after you say it, God will take it from there. Time is a healer. My condolences to you and the Goff family for all that was endured. I'm sure, Her Dad trained her to be a fighter. And I'm sure she fought to the last.
Recently, I went through an ordeal myself. It took a short while, but I was given closure that helped me to turn it loose and give it all to the LORD. You will be able to do that also one day. And it will be done on your own time table. No one will rush you.
Denise has changed her address to heaven. I can just see her there mothering hundreds of babies for the kingdom of God. And the hope of all this? You will see her again some day. :}
Keep us informed from time to time how you are doing. We love you and are here for you if you need to talk.
Blessings,
Janice

"I heard Amber's story on the Today Show this morning. It was a gripping story as it was, but it really caught my attention when I saw Toledo Blade Blvd. & I wondered if it was in Port Charlotte. You see, my family lived in Port Charlotte 1993-2001. My husband was pastor of 1st Alliance Church and my 3 daughters went to PCHS. WE went to Lemon Bay HS many times for cross country meets. Anyway, as I was looking on the internet to find more information, it suddenly dawned on me that this was the same family that I've been asked to pray for for months in the Prayer Communicator that I receive from our former church. I will certainly be praying for your family now as this has become personal to me and touches this mother's heart. May the Lord continue to comfort, strengthen and guide you each day. I'm thankful that the criminal was caught so that justice can be done and there can be a small measure of closure."

As a mother I ask that you please make sure that her sons see pics and videos of her all the time. This will keep her in their minds. Even if they are too young now, one day they will realize how special and loved they are by a truely amazing mother. I say "are" because her love for them did not stop when she quit living in flesh. He should be put through what Denise had to endure. What a horrible thing he did to your daughter, wife, and mother. I was wintering in North Port, from Michigan, on the day Denise was kidnapped and I remember that day so vividly. It was a nightmare. I was out to lunch that afternoon and when I returned home all kinds of bulletins were posted on the TV screen. The fact that he was not caught in time to save Denise's life is so disgusting. It was so close and so many people did what they should have to try and capture him. All you have now are your heartfelt fondest memories of Denise. But, no one can take those from you.
