Rudolph 'Rudy' Felix Rudewicz Jr., 61 of Rotonda West, FL., formerly of Deep River, CT died Sunday July 11 at his home.
Rudy was born August 21, 1948 in New London CT to Doris and Rudolph Rudewicz Sr. A graduate of Valley Regional HS and Middlesex Community College in CT, Rudy served a year's tour in Saigon with the US Navy.
He was most recently employed at Boca Grande Club and Pool Sharks of Placida. Rudy measured his success by the richness of his friendships forged at school, work and play and by his family.
Survived by his wife of 29 years, Brenda, daughters Tara and Brittany of Port Charlotte, parents Doris and Rudolph Rudewicz of Rotonda West, sister Carol and husband Jim Louisgnan of Rotonda West, brother Peter and wife Lisa Rudewicz of Tyngsborough, MA, grandchildren Michael, Ethan and Ella, nephews Lance, Chris, Gregory, David, Peter, Michael, Alek nieces Tammy and Katlyn and 8 great nieces and great nephews.
