Paul Foltz, Jr.
February 20, 1953 - February 6, 2017

Paul Henry Foltz Jr, 63, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 6, 2017 peacefully in his sleep. A celebration of life will be held at noon on February 11, 2017 at St Luke's United Methodist Church of Indianapolis Indiana. Reverend Eric Burton-Krieger of St Luke's will be officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from ten to noon with a memorial luncheon to follow. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Leppert Mortuary.

Paul was born in Hammond, Indiana on February 20, 1953. He graduated from Hammond High School and went on to get his bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He spent his career working in computer security but his great joy was his time with his family and friends. Paul was active for many years in community theater with the Genesius Guild and Ross Music Theater. Paul was also active in the life of the churches he attended including First United Methodist Church of Hammond Indiana and St Luke's United Methodist Church of Indianapolis Indiana. Paul retired in 2015 and loved spending his time traveling with his wife of 38 years Christie, and being a devoted father and grandfather.

Paul is survived by his wife, Christie, his three daughters, Holly Foltz, Sr. Heather Foltz OSB, and Hilary (Ben) Freeman. Paul was also survived by his granddaughter, Addison Freeman; his sister, Elizabeth (Richard) Kitchell; father in law, Carl Waters; uncle, William (Nancy) Wozniak; and many more loving family and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul H. Foltz and Inez Betty Foltz. He was also preceded in death by his mother in law Loy Waters and his niece Ashley Spencer.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St Luke's United Methodist Church of Indianapolis Indiana, 100 West 86th Street and Horizon House also of Indianapolis Indiana 1033 East Washington Street, www.horizonhouse.cc .

He will be deeply missed but forever engraved in the memories of those who knew him.
