Mary Lou Theresa "Terry" Hunt, 93 of North Fort Myers, Fl passed away peacefully on March 6th 2017. Mary was from Clarkston, Michigan born on August 11th, 1923 in New Castle PA to Irish immigrants, Edward and Dorothy Kelly. She is survived by her loving sons Ron (Lois) Hunt, Clarkston, MI and Robert (Kathy) McGlone, Las Vegas, NV. Grandchildren: Wendy, Shelly, Rachael, Pete and the late Iain; 8 great grandchildren. Dancing was her passion and love. She danced in the U.S.O shows during WWII with all the great stars of her time. She moved to Pontiac MI in the early 1950's and was one of the first Arthur Murray dance instructors. Mary taught dancing at many schools but most of all, she was remembered for starting up the Emerson School dances in Perry Park, MI where she lived. Mary leaves a dancing legacy. She will be buried in Punta Gorda, Fl where she loved to be with her late husband, Charley Hunt. In Lieu of flowers, Please send donations to Hope Hospice of Leigh High Acres Fl.
