"To Frannie's family. I was shocked and very saddened to read this obituary. I guess I always thought Fran would be around to talk to, to share family events with and to see how big her boys all were these days. I grew up next door to Fran's family here in Grassflat and always felt I was yet another daughter in Grammy and Pap Little clan. Rest in peace Fran and much love and many condolences to Ron and those sons of yours.. Jennifer Hill Ertmer"

"Dear Carll Family, So sorry to hear of Fran's passing. When I heard the news, all I could think of was last summer when Dick and I were at The Farm (Robbin n Don's farm) and Cliff n her pulled in the drive with the Halstead's for a surprise visit. There we were all in the yard and Fran was winking and teasing Chick ... aka: Robbin Carll... about Don being the "house-husband" and taking care of Robbin while she went to work at school everyday. She had such a sparkle in her eye ! And was full of life, just Smiling Away !! That's the way we will remember her. Sending thoughts your way-- Sharon and Dick Mistretta Conesus Lake, NY"
