Lydia Junkermeier
December 31, 1969 - September 21, 2008

Lydia A. Junkermeier, 93, of Hampton, formerly of Ledyard, died Sunday, September 21 at Franklin General Hospital Nursing Facility in Hampton.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 25, at the Bethany Evangelical and Reformed Church in Ledyard with Pastor Doug Vanderpol. Interment was in Highland Home Cemetery, Ledyard.
Visitation was Thursday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
She is survived by six children: Eldon (Florence) Junkermeier of Mesa, AZ; Dale (Karin) Junkermeier of Fairmont, MN; Jim (Sheila) Junkermeier of Chandler, AZ; JoAnne (Mark) Hamilton of Muscatine; JoEtte (Charlie) Kiepe of Hampton; and Debra (Tom) Hanken of Colorado Springs, CO; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and one brother Melvin Logemann of Fairmont.
Lydia was preceded in death by her parents; a son Dennis, her husband Marvin, 6 brothers: Henry, Engelbart, Lorence, Reuben, J. Fred and Walter Logemann; and 3 sisters: Anna Logemann, Mabel Sansgard, and Esther Junkermeier.
