Darnetta Irene Phillips, 73, of Keokuk, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 7:10 PM at her home.
Darnetta was born in Macomb, Illinois on May 15, 1943, the daughter of Ray and Vicki Ehrhart Wilson. She married Muril Dee Phillips on November 20, 1962, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Darnetta is survived by her husband Muril Dee Phillips of Keokuk, Iowa; one daughter Tammy Lee Phillips of Keokuk, Iowa; one brother Gordon Wilson of Simi Valley, California; a cousin Karla Eddingfield of Sedalia, Missouri and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at Keokuk National Cemetery.
Memorial may be made to American Diabetes Association.
