John F. Bryan
September 22, 1927 - April 14, 2017
John Foreman Bryan of Englewood, Florida formerly of Parker, Texas, passed away Friday April 14th, 2017. He was born September 22, 1927 in Montgomery, Alabama. He was a graduate of Stephens College in engineering. He was an entrepreneur involved in a variety of equipment designs as well as a patent agent. He was a member of Englewood United Methodist Church and West Coast Assembly of God.
He was involved in Kairos Prison ministry as well the Suncoast Emmaus Community.
He served in the Army during WWII as a member of the 82nd Airborne.
Survivors include his wife, Harriet S. Bryan, his daughters Marena (Kelly) McElhanon of Okolona, Arkansas, Melinda (Gus) Noble of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas , son John Bryan (Mary) of Milwaukee, a sister Barbara Bryan of Kelly Wyoming, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Bryan.
Burial will be in Brantley Alabama at a later date.
A memorial service will be held at Englewood United Methodist Church Friday April 21st at 2 P.M.
