"Dearest Sally, As I passed your house today I remembered with delight the many times we crossed paths as you walked the neighborhood and I walked the dog. The many small exchanges that brightened those moments add up to a glowing memory of your kindness and good humor. I miss you already; all your neighbors do. Go in peace. Mary Berryman Agard"

"Dearest Sally, We will miss visiting with you as you rested on your stone on our garden wall. We will miss waving good bye as you head home in your Green Bay Packer jacket. We will miss your scrubbies. But most of all we will miss your friendship. Our neighborhood will not be the same without you. Robin and Brian."
