"Some of the best memories from my childhood were made with Aunt Rosie, Uncle Curly, Joe & Jeff. I was blessed to have a summer family each year. I love you all very much. Sorry that Mom & I are unable to make the trip, but please know that we are thinking of you and praying for you all. May God give you all strength & comfort during this difficult time. My sisters-in-love created a tribute flower arrangement in honor of Aunt Rosie. Love you all."

"All Seasons Garden Club is sending their condolences. I remember seeing Rosie take buckets and buckets of flowers to the Jackson Co. Fair horticulture building and arrange the bouquets there. (more flowers than I had in my whole garden) She was a joy to be around. I was a newcomer to the group and was stunned at her energy and precision . Her bouquets are also beautiful and winners. My friend, Sandy Kovener, and I (Shirley Lewis) are probably the only members who knew her. And probably Doris Tormoehlen Voss , maybe Florence Carter. Our club is still growing , but has since decided to drop our membership to the state and national garden club. Thinking of you and wishing you all fond memories of Rosie. "
