"Hello Cousins I don't know most of you since I moved out of state in 1965. Aunt Harriet was the sole survivor of dad's family that obviously leaves a big hole now. I'll always remember her for her sweet spirit and yummy cinnamon rolls. Lovingly, her niece, Janet (Rosio) Schoblaska"

"It was so many years ago when my family came to know Harriet and Woodrow and their large family. Mostly, I remember Gary. Phillip and Barbara as they were my peers. However, i remember Harriet's many kindnesses to my family and how she and her family helped acclimate us to Wisconsin winters -- they helped us to appreciate snow and ice activities. Harriet and Mom were great friends at the time. On behalf of the Hammond family, I wish you Godspeed, Harriet, and eternal rest in His loving embrace. Barbara Hilb (née Hammond)."

"I love you and will miss you Aunt Harriet.more than half of my childhood was spent at your home. I would sometimes spend the night with the girls, would come down and borrow your books, pick a bag of green apples to take home to eat while reading the books I borrowed. the many nights I came down and played game with you and Uncle Woodrow at the kitchen table, eating pie and your pastries. the phone would ring and you would say, it's your Mom wondering when you are coming home, I would run all the way home in the dark. there was always something going on at your house. I loved it. you were like a second Mom. after I was married, and I was 6 months pregnant I came down you all hooked the horse up to the stone boat? you stuffed me into your snowmobile suit helped me on to the sled we took off, only to roll off into a snow bank. laughing so hard and had to have help to get back on. there is so much more but you have made it. give Uncle Woodrow and Momma and Daddy a big hug for me . won't be too long, will see you all. love you so much . thank you for all the wonderful memories. your loving niece. Phyllis"
