June 7, 1974 - May 10, 2017

Craig D Hardin, 42, of Kingston, NY formerly of Catskill, passed peacefully Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Health Alliance Hospital, Broadway Campus, Kingston, surrounded by his loving family.

Craig was born June 7, 1974 in Catskill, the son of Darcia Dickson Hardin of Kingston and the late Master Sergeant Al Stevie Hardin, USAF, retired.

He was a graduate of Catskill High School, Class of 1993; he attended Columbia Green Community College and was a graduate of Stratford Career Institute for Creative writing.

Craig was a member and baptized at Mt. Tabor AME Zion Church of Catskill, he loved music, writing and most of all his family.

In addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers Cornel Hardin of Kingston and Eric Hardin of Charlotte, NC. His aunts Sherry Brown of Kingston and Betty Dickson of Albany, and Claretta Howard of Atlantic City, his uncle, Rev. Willie Hardin and his wife Naomi of Kingston. Cousins, Sean and Rodney Brown, Alexandra and Monica Dickson, Eric Efrem and Teddie Dickson Tina Barrett, Claretta Russell and Alonzo Gray, and a host of niece's nephews and cousins

He was predeceased by his grandparents Louise Hardin and Marjorie and Joseph Hill, his uncles Warren Brown and Theodore Dickson, and his aunts Elizabeth Gray and Dixie Myrick

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston. The service will be on Tuesday at 11 am, The Rev. Willie Hardin, presiding. The family will receive their friends from 10 to 11 am.

Burial in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
