"Sorry to hear of Mr. Miller's passing. His obituary just popped out of nowhere onto my computer screen this morning. Mr. Miller introduced me to the history of my Great Grandfather who was with the 13th Iowa and captured July 22, 1864 outside Atlanta. I knew very little of my Great Grandfather before I read Mr. Miller's book, Crocker's Brigade", but did a lot of research into his life later, with Mr Miller's help. My belated condolences. Alan. "I have so many happy (and often funny) memories of Uncle Lee. He was always so nice to everyone, and he loved his family more than life itself. He will be missed by his entire family and dear friends, but I like to think he will be sharing a happy reunion with Sally, David and others who preceded him. Hugs to Tammy, Denny, Jennifer, Cathy and Tracy and their families. Wish I could be with you tomorrow. Love and big hugs, Cyn "
