Mr. Frankie Lee Davis was born April 3, 1954 to the late Mrs. Lizzie Mae Walker and Mr. Luther Frank Davis. He departed his life on March 30, 2010 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Frankie attended Central High school.
He was a faithful member of The Gospel Tabernacles in Atlanta, GA where he served as a Deacon under the leadership of Bishop Wiley Jackson. For the last two years, he attended White Oak Grove Baptist Church in Senoia, GA, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. K. G. Bailey.
Frankie was employed at DeKalb Technical College for twenty years as a Floor Tech where he was a dedicated and devoted worker. He also worked at Piedmont Newnan Hospital until his health failed.
On August 4, 1974, Frankie was united in Holy Matrimony to Ms. Nancy Stanley and unto this union; they were blessed with three loving daughters.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; Mr. Johnny Walker, Sr., Mr. Robert Walker, and a sister; Mrs. Mildred Ragland.
Frankie leaves to cherish and celebrate loving memories: His devoted wife; Mrs. Nancy A. Davis, daughters; Mrs. Erica (Darian) Woods, Sr., Mrs. Shannon (Jocephus, Jr.) Bruton, and Ms. April Davis, grandchildren; Darian Woods, Jr., Artelia, and Jocephus Bruton III, siblings; Mr. James (Joyce) Walker, Ms. Katie Walker, Mrs. Joann (Frank) Snelling, Mr. David (Helen) Walker, Mrs. Linda Walker (Stanley) Pope, Ms. Michelle Walker, Mrs. Teresa (George) Gaston, and Mrs. Edith (A.C.) Godfrey, two sisters-in-law; Mrs. Sara Walker and Mrs. Diane Walker, one brother-in-law; Mr. Joel Ragland, one aunt; Annie (Jimmy C.) Arnold, one uncle; Mr. L. D. Amey, and a host of sisters-in-law, brothers --in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
