"I first met Wayne when I was 8 years old. He had just returned from Korea and came by to pick up Joan for a date. It seems like yesterday and yet so long ago. We will not be able to attend the service, but know that we will be with you in spirit. We ask the Lord's blessings the family during this time of mourning. John and Sue Henning"

"My heart hurts. But I'm so thankful for our loving Father in Heaven, that he loved Wayne so much he carried him all the way home. I'm sure his brothers were there to greet him with open arms."
