"Several years ago Roger was at our home for the night and the phone rang--still the good old land line and it was Georgia all upset because they had a storm--lights off and on, wires dangling on barn--really upset--all Roger said when he hung up was I can't help her from this far off and I didn't tell her we had a much more urgent problem--Sonny's denture had broken and he was trying to glue it as we were sitting at a table-- It was one those times when you just sit and laugh- Anyhow to me Roger was quiet and matter of fact.
