Linda S. Hoyt
August 14, 1952 - June 28, 2017

Linda S. Hoyt, 64, of Keokuk, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at her home.

Linda was born in Keokuk on August 14, 1952, the daughter of Bill and Wilma Krouse Carroll. On October 17, 1969, she was united to marriage to John Mark Hoyt in Kahoka. He survives. A lifelong resident of Keokuk and Kahoka, Linda was employed in production at Fruehauf for twenty-one years, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Linda is survived by her husband John Mark Hoyt of Keokuk; her son Bryan (Golda) Monohon of North Liberty, Iowa; her daughter Jan (Jerry) Hoyt-Brown of Dallas City, Illinois; her grandsons Landon and Calvin; her brothers Arney Carroll of Kahoka and Billy Carroll of Donnellson; and her sisters Brenda Long of Huntsville, Alabama; and Barb Pentzel of Winfield, Iowa.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Dina Hoyt.

Per Linda's wishes, there will be no services at this time.
