In loving memory of

Paulyne J. Miller
February 4, 1925 - July 4, 2017

Paulyne Jean (Hendrickson) Miller, the daughter of Elmer John and Ebba Christine (Bengtson) Hendrickson, was born February 4, 1925 on the family farm near Essex, Iowa. She passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at the Elm Heights Care Center in Shenandoah, Iowa, following a lengthy illness.

Paulyne attended school in Essex and graduated from Essex High School. On April 2, 1944, she was married to Clint Miller in Rock Port, Missouri. This union was blessed with three children; Terry, Lonnie Joe and Joan.

Paulyne helped her husband farm in the Farragut area for over 60 years. She loved to play golf, gardening and sharing her many flowers with family and friends.

Paulyne was preceded in death by her husband Clint Miller, son Lonnie Joe Miller and his wife Mary Ann, parents Elmer and Ebba Hendrickson and seven siblings.

Paulyne was survived by her children Terry Miller and wife Marsha of Shenandoah and Joan Kirk and husband Gene of Farragut; eight grandchildren, Jeff (Amy) Miller, Dana (Mike) Finnegan, Kelly Miller, Julie (Jess) Baker, Mark Miller, Wendi (Steven) Stenzel, Amy Anderson and Kary (Greg) Jones; 21 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews and other family.

Celebration of life graveside service will be held 2:30 pm, Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Farragut Cemetery in Farragut, Iowa.

Visitation with the family will be held from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home in Shenandoah, Iowa.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of donor's choice in memory of Paulyne J. Miller.
