Joyce M. Hubert
August 31, 1938 - July 6, 2017

Joyce M. Hubert, age 78, of the Holiday City West section of Berkeley Township died on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Arbors Care Center, Manchester. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Roselle Park and later in Brick for forty years before settling in Holiday City West 13 years ago.

Mrs. Hubert worked for BlueCross/Blue Shield of New Jersey, Wall Township for over five years, retiring in 2007. She also worked as a floral designer at Bob's Florist, Brick, for over 25 years, retiring in 2000. She was an active resident at Holiday City West, where she was a member of the Women's Club, the Out and About Club, and the Trivia Club. She enjoyed attending Lakewood Blue Claw games.

She was predeceased by her husband Michael in 2002, and by her sister Lorraine Phillips in 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Michele Hubert of Toms River; her sister, Darlene (Dolly) Heslin of Toms River; her daughter-in-law Teresa Hubert of Toms River; her nephews, Shawn, Shayne, Scott, and Steven Heslin and Keith Phillips; her niece, Jill Stavarski; her sons, Kevin and Bryan; and her grandson, Matthew.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 9,2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 10:00am, with interment following at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
