William "Bill" David Harring

MADISON- William "Bill" David Harring, age 88, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Bill was most recently cared for at Kindred Hearts in Cottage Grove and was a long-time resident of Madison. Bill was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Mich. and graduated from Michigan State University. He also lived and worked in Glen Haven, Mich., Lacrosse, WI, Edinburgh Scotland, and Epinal, France.

He is survived by his children, David (Laurie) Harring, Mark (Linda) Harring, Nancy Iskander, and Judy (Steve) Hill; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom Harring and Sam Harring; and many friends including special friend, Lois Seymour. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Hazel Harring; brother, Jim Harring; and his daughter, Jane Harring Seubert.

A Memorial Service will be held at BETHEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 312 Wisconsin Ave., Madison, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
