"Dear Mike, I know you can hear me because as soon as I hired you, you became my best HR customer. I can vividly remember the visits when you may have been looking for advice, needing a shoulder, bringing the HR team something delicious to eat, wanting to shoot the breeze or just to say, "Dawn, you're in HR, what do we have to do in order to have a Badger day at the bank??" I remember when I fibbed and got you into to a sky box at Miller Park, telling our vendor that you and your buddy were my sons. I have a photo of that day and willl share it with mom and dad. Your zest for life was contagious and your smile continues have a place in our hearts. Badger Hugs forever dear friend. Dawn McPeak-Peschel"
