PHILLIP DEREZA (62)
MUSCATINE, Iowa - Phillip J. DeReza, 62, of Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017, at Pearl Valley Rehab.

Phillip was born on November 29, 1954, in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, to the late Manuel and Alice White DeReza. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1979 - 1983.

Those left to honor his memory include his sister, Dolores Woodward of Falls Church, VA; nieces, Tara and husband, Jason Busby of Arlington, VA, Dawn and husband Chris Brown of Chesapeake, MD, and nephew Robert and wife Satomi DeReza of Saitama, Japan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother Robert T. DeReza.
