Timothy Maas 58, of Webster City, died Friday, July 28, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Briggs Woods Golf Course with a time of food and fellowship to follow. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is caring for the family.

Timothy Allen Maas, son of Milton and Roberta Loyd Maas was born on March 3, 1959 in Austin, TX. He received his education in Austin, graduating in 1976. He married Amy Brownell on October 8, 1988 in Austin, TX. He worked for the Railroad Commission in Texas before moving to Webster City in 2002. Tim had been employed at the Briggs Woods Golf Course.
Survivors include his wife, Amy, of Webster City; children, Brandon Maas, Brittany (Brett Zatloukal) Maas, all of Webster City; grandchildren, Kaylee Ramos, Mason Zatloukal, Kaiser Zatloukal; mother, Roberta Cavness of Webster City; brother, Michael (Lisa) Maas of Pflugerville, TX; mother-in-law, Paula Brownell of Webster City, sister-in-law, Lisa (Klair) Greenfield of Spencer, brother-in-law, Eric (Carrie Hisler) Brownell of Webster City; several nieces and nephews.
Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Milton; brother, Russell Maas; brother-in-law, Kirk Brownell.
He was a member of Briggs Woods Golf Course. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may left at the discretion of the family.
