SAUGERTIES.... Dorothy McShane, 91, of Redwood Rd. died Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born January 14, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Hanley Durfee. An area resident since 2015 she previously resided in Malta, NY. Dorothy attended the First Baptist Church in Rhinebeck after moving to Saugerties to live with her daughter and her husband. She taught our family about sacrificial giving, how to love, family unity and support. Our mother, grandmother, great grandmother will be sadly missed. Redeemed through our Lord's saving grace we will be reunited in Heaven.
