NEWARK - Susan Louise Abbott, 63, passed away Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017.

Susan was born Sept. 25, 1953. Susie was a dedicated, loving wife, mother and grandmother who had a passion for quilting and bird watching.
Susan was preceded in death by her father, Theron Miner.
Survivors: Husband, Jeffery L. Abbott; sons, Jeffery Abbott, Jr., Michael Abbott and wife, Graciela and Joel Abbott and wife, Teri; their children, Gavin and Annabelle Abbott; daughter, Heather Abbott; and her children, Chance Wilhite and Lucy Taylor; mother, Sally Ann Burket; sister, Kathy Tulipana and husband, Pasquale; brother, John Miner and wife, Suzanne; and numerous nephews and nieces
