In loving memory of

Beth Crusha
November 16, 1955 - September 3, 2017

Beth Alice (Myatt) Crusha, 61, Laughlin, NV, passed away September 3, 2017, at the UCH-Memorial Hospital, Colorado Springs, CO, with her husband at her side.

A Celebration of Beth's Life will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa, Iowa. A Celebration of Life luncheon will follow at the Centerstone Inn, Maquoketa, IA. A private family burial will be held at the Buckhorn Cemetery, rural Maquoketa, Iowa.

Beth was born on November 16, 1955, in La Porte, Indiana to John and Kathryn (Scoville) Myatt. Beth was born and raised in La Porte, IN, lived in Denver, Maquoketa, IA and presently resided in Laughlin, NV. Beth graduated from La Porte High School and Purdue University and retired from the Colorado Medical Society. She married Kenneth L. Crusha on April 7, 1989 in Kauai, Hawaii.

Beth enjoyed friends, photography antiques and travel and was a great design/decorator. Photography was to remain an avid life-long interest. Beth combined photography and antique collecting as she and Kenneth traveled across the United States. Beth and Kenneth shared 28+ years of fantastic companionship, photo clubs, metal-detecting, and desert off-roading. Beth and Kenneth traveled extensive during the summer and visited many, many family and friends in 2017.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth Crusha of Laughlin, NV; a brother, Alan and his wife Josephine and their two daughters, Ann & Jennifer Myatt; three step-children, Shania Plantz, Shaun Crusha and Renee Horton; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Beth was always a shining light wherever she traveled. The Lord has taken a "shining" angel home. She will be greatly missed but incredible memories of her will bring a smile to many a soul. Beth loved sunshine and will be shining light for us all.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Hospice of Jackson County.

"Ken : Cheryl has kept us informed of what happened to Beth, we are truly so sad. I don't think I can tell you how honored we were to spend time with you and Beth this summer. Some people simply become friends and that's how we felt about you both. I felt she liked Minnesota and especially Duluth, the big lake and our lake provided her picturistic views and photo ops. Thank you for sharing her with us. Your invite to Duluth and a place to stay is always here. Remembering Beth with her warm smile. Diane and Dan Palmstein"
